➢ 1/4 cup mayonnaise
➢ 1/2 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
➢ 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
➢ 1 teaspoon finely chopped onion
➢ 1cups cubed cooked chicken breast (1/2-inch cubes)
➢ 1 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
➢ 1/2 cup (4 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese, divided
➢ 1 tubes (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent rolls
➢ 1 plum tomato
➢ 1 cup shredded lettuce
1. In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, parsley, mustard and onions. Stir in chicken, bacon and cheese 1/4 cup.
2. Unroll crescent dough; separated into 8 triangles. Show on ungreased 12-in. Round pizza pan, forming a ring with pointed ends at the outer edge of the pan and overlapping width ends.
3. Pour chicken mixture in wide extremes; (will be filling visible) twice more filling and tuck under wide ends point. Chop half a tomato; put aside. Cut the remaining tomatoes; Place over filling and the trade fair.
4. Bake golden brown at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Let stand for 5 minutes. Show salad in ring center; sprinkle with chopped tomatoes.
