Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients:

1 cup plain Kefir
1/2 cup cold water
1 1/2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 cup packed baby kale (30g)
1 1/2 cups (slightly heaping) frozen pineapple chunks
2 ripe kiwis, peeled
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tsp ginger paste, optional
1 1/2 Tbsp honey

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a blender and process until well pureed.

Serve immediately.
