Ingredients:

2 cups flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. sea salt
2 cups vanilla soy milk
3 Tbsp. canola oil
Vegan food coloring

Instructions:

• Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and sift together. Add the soy milk and oil and mix until smooth. Separate the batter into as many bowls as you’d like for coloring and add food coloring to each bowl.

• Ladle the batter onto a hot pancake griddle. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until bubbles begin to form.

• Serve with your favorite syrup, and other toppings of your choice!
