2 Tbsp Meyer Lemon Juice
½ cup Salad Oil –
½ Tsp Sea Salt
Pinch of Coconut Sugar
Pinch of Garlic Salt
¼ Tsp Black Pepper – freshly ground

Roasted Salmon with Kale-Quinoa Salad

Instructions

Whisk all ingredients together in a medium bowl. If you have a salad dressing shaker bottle you can use it too.

Drizzle over mixed greens or roasted vegetable.

You can use other lighter (not too oaky) dry fruity white wine, like: Sauvignon Blanc. If your wine is a little on the sweeter site, then omit the coconut sugar.
