2 ripe avocados
1 roma tomato, seeded and chopped
½ red onion, chopped
1 jalapeno, chopped with seeds
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
For the dressing:Juice of 1 lime
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Pinch of sea salt and fresh ground pepper

Combine all ingredients in a large serving bowl and set aside.

To make the dressing: Combine all ingredients in a jar. Shake vigorously until well blended. Pour over the salad, mix well, serve and enjoy!
